Inclyn AI is an AI automation studio providing services including voice agents, chatbots, CRM automation, LLM and RAG solutions, data engineering, and computer vision systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you interact with our website (inclynai.com) or engage us for services.

2. What we collect

We collect data in three contexts. Website visits, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source. Direct contact, including name, email, company, and message content you submit through forms or email. Engagement delivery, including any data you choose to share with us as part of a project, typically operational data, documents, or system access scoped to the work.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, send relevant updates if you opt in, improve our website, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train public AI models.

4. How we store it

Client data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure, typically AWS, GCP, or Azure regions selected based on client residency requirements. Project data is segregated per client. Access is restricted to engagement team members under signed NDAs. We retain data for the duration of the engagement plus a defined period thereafter, as agreed in the Master Services Agreement.

5. Third parties

We use trusted infrastructure and tooling providers to deliver our work, including but not limited to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open source via self hosted instances), telephony providers (Twilio, Vapi, Retell), CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel), and analytics tools. Each handles data under their own privacy terms, which we vet before integration.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, including GDPR, CCPA, and similar regimes, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@inclynai.com. We respond within 30 days.
